Kitchen Organization
We check the temperature of each of our kitchen staff upon arrival. Anyone with more than 37.5° is systematically sent home and tested. So far, none of our employees have been infected. Our kitchen staff now operate masked and gloved.
Organization of the service
Our waiters are tested like our cooks. They are required to wash their hands every 10 minutes to avoid any risk of spreading Covid 19.
